Accessibility Statement

Genial S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – level AA, and in accordance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), in force since 28 June 2025.

Scope

This statement applies to the website: https://www.camping-italy.net/

Technical measures for accessibility

During the design and development of the site, the following technical measures were adopted to ensure compliance with the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria:

  • Correct semantic structure of the HTML code.
  • Consistent heading structure: h1 – h2 – h3 – h4.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation of menus and content on all pages.
  • Visible and consistent focus on interactive elements.
  • Focus trap implemented on modals, popups and dialogs to keep the focus within the active element.
  • Meaningful alt attributes for all informative images.
  • Minimum colour contrast of 4.5:1 between text and background.
  • Forms and buttons with clear labels, readable also by screen readers.
  • Use of ARIA roles only where necessary and in a compliant manner.
  • Responsive layout, readable on every device.
  • Text can be correctly resized up to 200% using the browser's native features, without loss of readability or functionality.
  • Links with contextual and meaningful descriptions; where the visible text is generic, aria-label or aria-labelledby attributes are used.
  • Compatibility with screen readers (tested on NVDA and VoiceOver).
  • Respect for the system preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • A «Skip to content» link, visible on keyboard focus at the start of the page, allowing users to jump directly to the main content.
  • Use of clear, readable language and avoidance of «walls of text».

Compliance status

This website is fully compliant with the requirements of Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard.

Preparation of the statement

This statement was prepared on 30 July 2026.

The assessment was carried out through internal self-assessment, based on:

  • Technical analysis carried out with automated tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, WAVE).
  • Manual testing and keyboard navigation testing.
